Twelve people in Melbourne, working on data.
Twelve of us in Melbourne: engineers, product managers and business people, with ten years of delivered projects behind the team.
We work on data-intensive systems and the AI built on top of them. Clients range from business schools and universities overseas to companies of ten people who want AI doing real work this quarter.
Why there are no names on this site
The right person depends on what you're asking, and a photo grid doesn't tell you that. Email us and you'll get the engineer or product manager who'd do the work, on the first call.
It also means we can't sell you a founder and deliver a graduate. At twelve people that would become obvious inside a fortnight anyway.
Short first, long only if it earns it
Three arrangements cover almost everything we do.
-
First engagement: two to four weeks, fixed price, ending in a written recommendation you own.
-
Delivery: fixed scope where you can show us the target system, time and materials where you can't. We'll tell you which we think applies and why.
-
After handover: support if you want it, silence if you don't. Nothing renews automatically.

What we're certified in
AI product management, model development and training. Procurement asks, so it's on the record.
Certifications tell you we did the coursework. They don't tell you whether the work holds up two years after handover, which is what the first engagement is for.
Things we believe about this work
Four of them, and we act on all four whether or not you agree:
-
The people who run a process know where it's broken. Ask them before you ask whoever owns the system.
-
Ordinary technology, chosen deliberately, beats interesting technology chosen by enthusiasm.
-
If nobody can operate it after we leave, we haven't finished.
-
Say the uncomfortable thing in the document, not in the corridor afterwards.
